Double Your Pleasure…

If the place you lose it is the place you get in back, then we'll try to beat Dream Dancing (8-5), the deserving favorite in today's G3 Marshua's River, and will attempt to get even with Gianna's Dream (3-1).

We anticipated a stalking trip last out but Tyler had other ideas, putting the Mike Maker filly on the lead. The pace wasn't all that fast but it was pressured and the filly held tenaciously, a tough beat for all concerned.

There is some pace in this lineup and we would expect Gafflione to secure early position and try to time a later rally, hopefully getting the drop on a talented favorite.

Taking Gianna's Dream to win at 3-1 or greater and key-boxing exactas with the favorite and possible value player, Ultra Brat (6-1), post-compromised in recent good efforts.

The most intriguing race today is the G3 LeComte for three-year-olds at the Fair Grounds.

If you've seen the video, you know how impressive the Steve Asmussen-trained Principe Guilherme, winning his two lifetime starts by an aggregate 17-1/4 lengths. Although he's a deserving 5-2 early line favorite, I'd like to see how he handles that role from post 12 against talented, experienced rivals.

We find Instilled Regard (4-1), placed second in the Los Al Futurity in which original runner-up was placed first before coming back to win last week's G3 Sham at Santa Anita, a most viable alternative..

A rallying third in a strongly graded event, the Hollandorfer trainee is entered right back with a switch to Castellano, who should use his mount's natural speed to secure early position before making his winning rally.

Taking Instilled Regard to win at 7-2 or greater and key-boxing exactas with the favorite and price shot Lone Sailor (15-1), newly blinkered and picking up the white hot Miguel Mena.
