Double Your Pleasure

What a difference a aurface makes, because ever since she was switched to the turf, Shrinking Violet (5-2) has been a different filly. Sprining on grass, she's 2-for-3 lifetime and the defeat was a very game second over this course and distance in early December.

The spacing is perfect, there's plenty of pace signed on which should help her stalk/rally style, she's nicely drawn, gets a switch to Joel Rosario and might have a more than capable stablemate in To My Valentine, who was group-placed in Europe at 2. With different jockeys named, both halves of the entry are likely to go; a 1-2 finish?

Taking the Wesley Ward entry to win, no price restrictions, and keying either or both first and second in the exotics with Fearless Jacq (6-1), getting class relief, the very sharp Rosie Red (4-1) and two interesting returnees from layups; Case Cracker (8-1) and Sunrise Kitty (6-1).
