Poetry in Motion
Today's Super Selection at Gulfstream Park is a secondary allowances optional claimer for older fillies and mares going a mile on the grass. It is one of the hardest races on the card.
We're throwing deep with the freshened returnee, Namaskara (12-1). Graham Motion has been winning with his share of fresh runners at the meet, has has good karma when using Edgar Prado but, most importantly, he has been pointing straight in this direction. The five year old mare loves it here, especially considering both of her lifetime wins have come on this course. Her figures are competitive to the group.
Taking Namaskara to win at 8-1 or greater and key boxing her in exactas with Chad Brown's streaking Deanaallen'skitten (6-1) and the barn-changing More Than Love (15-1).
