I Believe in Due Process
Want to know the other thing about small fields? They're often trappy, like today's fourth race from Gulfstream Park, an optional/secondary allowances for fillies and mares sprinting 5 furlongs on the turf. The race has drawn a field of seven and I could have gone five different ways.
However, with respect to the streaking Hurricane Girl (5-2), the sharp, cleverly trained Spun Cap (5-1) and the intriguing Slew's Exchange, we're opting for My Due Process (8-1) which, at early line odds, offers excellent value, turns back for a barn that's profitable going dirt to turf, has early speed, pole position and gets a switch to Johnny V.
Taking My Due Process to win at 4-1 or greater and keying her first and second in the multiples with her rivals listed here.
