Whomping and Stomping

An excellent feature for three year old fillies, the Any Limit overnight stakes going 7 furlongs with half the field having a more than legitimate shot for the top prize. We're only interested in value in this spot.

Favorite Sweet Whiskey (9-5) won the Grade 3 Old Hat last out. Thank You Marylou was third in the G2 Adirondack last year and Naïve Enough (4-1) was beaten a little more than 3 lengths in her juvenile finale, the G2 Golden Rod at Churchill.

But it's recent maiden breaker Whomping Willow (5-1) that interests us most. From her outside post, Corey Lanerie has plenty of options and a filly was very ratable speed. We believe he can have his filly dictate tempo then step away when the serious running starts entering headstretch. We won't be taking a short price, however.

Taking Whomping Willow to win at 3-1 or greater and key boxing her in multiples with her three rivals here.
