Action Andy Gets the Money

Today's Gulfstream feature is a NW# allowances/optional claimer going 6-1/2 furlongs for older horses and the one in for the $100,000 claiming tag is surface loving Apriority, a four-time GP winner and never off the board at this trip, including a victory.

The hard-hitting 7YO loomed a winner last out but tired in the final sixteenth at 7F; today's mini-turnback suits perfectly.

However, we're taking Carlos Garcia's ship-in Action Andy, a very game third last time out in a 7F stakes over Tampa Bay ground. The last time this speedster shipped down from Oldsmar, he finished second to classy surface lover Travelin Man. There's no such adversary here.

Taking Action Andy beneath Paco Lopez at 3-1 or greater and an exacta box with Apriority.
