Navarro’s Filly Rocks

Interesting allowance/optional claiming sprint for fillies and mares going 6 furlongs in today's featured fifth from Gulfstream Park.

Don't need a search warrant to find a legitimate favorite. The Energy Figure earned by Busted Again most recently is lengths faster than the group, making her 8-5 early line an accurate assessment of her chances.

But, instead, we'll take any value offered on Latin Rocks (3-1). Navarro-trained filly has better spacing, a strong 6F internal figure in her last, a top figure go-back on this surface, and a very sharp :48 3/5 move at her Calder base termed breezing, fifth fastest of 85 members of her peeer group that week.

Taking Latin Rocks to win at 5-2 or greater and an exacta box with the favorite.
