Going All In on Poker Player

Today's Keeneland feature, the G3 Lexington Stakes for 3YOs going a mile and a sixteenth, has attracted a sizable and highly competitive bunch. Of those, we're most interested in price shot Poker Player (10-1), part of an uncoupled pair from Wayne Catalano.

Colt never recovered from a poor start in the Spiral Stakes following a might-have-been-best placing coming from far back in Battaglia Memorial behind his loose leading stablemate.

He is 1-for-1 at KEE, taking the G3 Bourbon Stakes at 2, switches to hot riding Stewart Elliott, and Catalano is an other-worldly 47% profitable when removing blinkers, the case here.

Taking Power Player to win at 5-1 or greater and key-boxing in exactas with the classy Mr Speaker (5-2) and recent very sharp maiden breaker Dynamic Impact (10-1).
