Kharafa Will Be Happy to Be Home
Today's Aqueduct feature is wide open, both the race conditions and the competition. But if this isn't just the right spot for Kharafa it would be hard to figure what else it might be.
Not only did the Tim Hills-trained filly appear short of condition in her season's debut at Gulfstream, her troubled trip sealed the losing deal.
With that under her belt, she returns to her favorites course (3) 2-1-0 at a perfect distance of 1-1/16 miles (7) 3-1-2. Further, she handles any footing and picks up Luis Saez.
Taking Kharafa to win (turf only), with no prices restrictions, and boxing him in the exacta with returning 4YO stakes-winning Notacatbutallama.
