Should Auld Alliance Not Be Forgot

Wednesday's Belmont feature, a rare money condition in New York, for older turf runners going 10 furlongs attracted an interesting field returning in various scenarios.

Three of the six deserve major consideration; Euro import Auld Alliance (5-2), Satisfaction (5-2), adding blinkers for Shug McGaughey, and Precarious (4-1), making his 4YO debut for 007 Bond.

Precarious is the fastest on performance figures and Satisfaction has recency and Castellano, but the import gets first-Lasix, a profitable 27% scenario for Graham Motion, who reaches out for Johnny here. This 4YO has been training steadily at Fair Hill since February foe his U.S. bow and Motion, hot of late, is very adept with lengthy layups.

Taking Auld Alliance to win, no price restrictions, and key-boxing in exotics with his rivals here.
