Small But Very Select

Today's feature at Belmont, the Wait A While Stakes, is just the most interesting little thing for a five horse field for 3YO fillies sprinting 7F on grass.

And even if the seemingly overmatched Red Minx (15-1) is in here as a favor to the racing office and scratches, it still would be a race worth seeing.

Betting, of course, could be another issue, although this is no free square.

So, even though a two-turn Grade 3 at Keeneland is a far more different dynamic, it's still impossible to get away from leading trainer Chad Brown-coached Sweet Acclaim. But don't blame me; trust you're own lyin' eyes and watch video of the Appalachian Apr. 17.

Taking Sweet Acclaim to win at 7-5 or greater, and key-boxing with second-off-layoff Richies Party Girl (2-1) and the speedy, well-posted, Macaroon (3-1).

Amount Wagered: $3,056 [to win only]

Total Dollar Return on Investment: $3,164.40
