Turnbacks R Us
A choice of two features offering the same purse of $77,000 on the turf but we'll stick with the more conventional 7 furlongs as opposed to the mile and a half "rider's race."
Ordinarily, this would be a good chance to try to upset the Chad Brown-trained favorite Hillhouse High (6-5) with Christophe Clement's finished-well-too-late last out Scatcapade (4-1) with Belmont winning pilot Joel Rosario.
But the favorite has a little too much performance figure edge, the better position given the dynamic, and Chad is an otherworldly 38% and profitable turning back into sprints off routes.
We'll take Hillouse High to win, no price restrictions, exacta boxes with Scatcapade and uncoupled mate Tasmona (6-1), switching to Castellano, and will try to fill out super-exotics with price shots Inspired by Grace (10-1) and Knacque (8-1).
