Over the Rainbow

Today's featured 10th race is the G2 Amsterdam for 3YO sprinters and what a dandy it is with four of the seven entrants owning a license to win this.

Harvey Pack would always say never to bet a horse to do something it hasn't done as the favorite. Well, I'm not sure what the closing odds will be but we're not about to bet Rainbow Heir (4-1) to lose, since he's seeking his fifth career victory without a defeat.

He's fast enough on figures, looms the controlling speed, is nicely drawn outside in this short field and worked well at his Monmouth base for this.

Taking Rainbow Heir to win at 2-1 or greater and key-boxing him with the streaking Forty Tales (2-1), the probably-best last out Declan's Warrior, and the very quick Mico Margarita (5-1).
