Confident Barn Ships Into Spa

Today's feature is the Coronation Cup for 3-year-old fillies at 5-1/2 furlongs on the turf and Spun Cat (9-2), who earned an excellent figure in her 5-furlong turf and racing debut at Churchill is the most interesting entrant, especially since she hails from a top low key outfit that's showing extreme confidence shipping her to Saratoga in only her second start.

Hard Spun filly has worked very well subsequently and Eduardo Mori has tapped position-conscious Eddie Castro for the assignment. The price should be fair.

Taking Spun Cap to win at 3-1 or greater and key-boxing in exactas with prodigious winner Sensible Lady (3-1) and the fresh, potential trip-sitter, Sweet Cat (7-2).

Running Totals: (1139) 350-220-172 Total Dollar Return: $2,406.80 [win selections only]
