Compliance Officer a Natural in West Point

Today's feature is always a popular statebred event, the West Point Stakes for New York-bred turf runners, and is figures that Compliance Officer (7-5) will prove very popular in the 1-1/16 miles on the Mellon Turf course/

The defending state-bred champion placed gamely in his Belmont finale, the G3 Poker Stakes. He's a course lover (2-for-3) and also a worthy 4-for-9 at today’s added distance. Veteran gelding earns best figures with consistency and gets Javier on the re-ride; a deserving highweight.

Taking Complicance Officer to win, np price restrictions; and keying him first and second in exotics with Street Game (7-2), Lubash (4-1), Writingonthewall (20-1) and Abilio (8-1).

Running Totals: (1141) 350-220-173 Total Dollar Return: $2,406.80 [win selections only]
