Low Risk Rachel

Two features today with the public likely to prefer betting on the Union Avenue Stakes over the G1 NY Turf Writers at 2-3/8 miles over national fences.

It looks like a two horse race on paper and of the two, we prefer Risky Rachel (7-5). And that's because she loves Saratoga (4) 2-2-0, won her only start at today's hybrid distance, and will try to win this event in back-to-back seasons. The presence of Javier Castellano can only help.

Taking Risky Rachel to win, no price restrictions, an exacta box with classy Sunny Desert (8-5) and adding Uncle Southern (10-1) to the super-exotics mix.

Number of Selections since 2007: 1595

Amount Wagered: $3,190 [to win only]

Total Dollar Return on Investment: $3,278.00
