The Dood Abides

Today's featured 7th race from the Big A is a well matched fieldof milers going two turns on the winter oval. It's easy to see that Washington's Rules (2-1) is consistently fastest, Bomber Boy (5-2) is a sharp Rudy Rod trainee and Sokitumi Samurai (3-1) has trendous upside potential. However, it is Guyana Star Dweej (5-1) that intrigues us the most.

Coming off a recent New Pace Top, his career best Equiform figures were earned on the winter track last season when he briefly flirted with the division's best 3-year-olds. Entered at a proper level here, look for apprentice Wilmer Garcia to make good use of this colt's tactical speed.

Taking Guyana Star Dweej to win at 9-2 or greater and keying him first and second in multiples with his major rivals here.
