Farro Turf Vet Ready to Ramble

Today's Gulfstream Park feature is split divisions of a $25,000 claiming event for older turf runners going 7-1/2 furlongs. After looking over each division, it's Sunshine Rambler (8-1) that offers the best opportunity for value with a reasonable chance of a positive outcome.

His best races have either come over this turf course or at distances that yield similar race dynamics. Rained off the turf at Parx recently, he returns to his preferred surface while picking up the underrated Joe Rocco Jr. Trainer Pat Farro is profitable when going dirt to turf.

Taking Sunshine Rambler to win at 6-1 or greater, and an exacta box with the well drawn, and well placed, Concert Stage (4-1).

Running Totals: May, 2007-Present

Number of Selections: 1208

Number of Win-Place-Show Finishers: 372-237-181

Amount Wagered: $2,418 [to win only]

Total Dollar Return on Investment: $2,547.40

Profit to Date: $129.40
