We believe it's between two fillies coming from the same race: Peggy Joyce (4-1) looms the more logical winner; Cameo Lady is a laughable 15-1 on the early line. That's where we're landing.
The favorite, Ullapool (5-2) breaks from the pole and attracts Castellano going first time for trainer Chad Brown. But it's also the filly's turf debut and her grass pedigree is a little questionable. At a short price, I'll pass.
Meanwhile, Cameo Lady had a rough trip in her latest on this course and is back in David Braddy's barn, a worthy and profitable scenario given today's third race off the layup circumstances. The filly has speed if new rider Julien Leparoux wants to use it and enough kick to get home at fair odds.
Taking Cameo Lady to win at 8-1 or better and an exacta box with Peggy Joyce.

Will be using turf daybutt of 1-Ullapool as a plus (inflated price), rather than a minus. Looks like another winner for the Mechanicville Magician. 6-Peggy Joyce can’t afford to play pinball at the start at 5 furlongs, maybe Trujillo can get her out straight.
1-Ullapool (4.83)
6-Peggy Joyce (6.19)
8-Demi Tasse (8.41)
At the Big A, looks like a cold exacta in the 9th, as 5-City Vice runs 2nd for the 3rd time, and the 7-year old will be 0 for 40. Tell them Teddy sent you at the window.
10-Blue Sixty Four (5.21)
5-City Vice (5.37)

My filly ran as if empty. No regrets since I likely would have opted for Peggy Joyce, the runnerup.
