Today’s Keeneland feature is the eighth race, the male version of what was offered yesterday, marathon turf horses going 12 furlongs here in the bluegrass. Unfortunately, it features a favorite that will be very hard to beat.

When last seen in action, Belo Acteon (7-5) was racing competitively in Gulfstream Grade 2s, most notably the Pan American in which Twilight Eclipse set a course record at today’s distance. Christophe Clement 6-year-old will find today’s group much easier to handle.

Taking Belo Acteon to win, no price restrictions, boxing him in the exacta with the Maker-trained entry (5-2) and adding McGaughey’s repeat seeking Reflecting (2-1) and price shot N.B.A. Money (15-1), positive rider switch, to the exotics mix.
