The Grade 2 Hall of Fame is always an interesting turf route for 3-year-olds and this edition is no exception. Three horses seem to hold the best chances to win:

Balance the Books (7-2), who finally showed a semblance of his juvenile form closing strongly into a hungry pace in last; Rydilluc (2-1), who appeared to hate the soft ground in the Virginia Derby, and the favorite, Charming Kitten (9-5), who returns to the site of his maiden victory at 2 and turns back to his optimal distance, and that should prove the difference.

Charming Kitten has shown improved kick with maturity and since switching to Rosario. His style appears well suited to today's dynamic.

Taking Charming Kitten to win at 8-5 or greater and key boxing him first and second in multiples with his rivals here.
