Having said that we'll take one of the fillies who are prepping, last year's Filly & Mare Sprint champion Musical Romance (5-2). She is a natural at this tricky trip, nicely drawn outside, has tactical speed to be placed wherever jockey Juan Leyva wants her and has earned peformance figures that generally are superior. Further, she's working great at her Calder base for this.
Taking Musical Romance to win at 2-1 or greater, boxing her in the exacta with Turbulent Descent (8-5) and adding C C's Pal (8-1) and Risky Rachel to the super-exotic mix.
Running Totals: (1169) 363-226-175 Total Dollar Return: $2,481.80 [win selections only]

Have to believe 10-Turbulent Descent is the better horse from what I’ve seen. Don’t like how Dickie D. got ambushed, irrespective of anything he may or may not have done, and he is a tricky guy, and does amazingly well for a guy who has been banned for, what was it, 100 years? I love that C C’s Pal; always gives you an honest run. Will stick with the 10 on top here and play around underneath with my 3 listed in proportion to their chances.
10-Turbulent Descent (4.15)
9-Musical Romance (6.02)
7-Emma’s Encore (9.16)
5-C C’s Pal (10.21)
