Of All the Luck…

Today's Belmont feature is for preliminary allowance turf route for fillies and mares 3 & up going 1-1/16 miles and contains some interesting females.

For one, there's 4YO Sally's Dream who's a real throwback, considering today will be her seventh start in 53 days. And second, she's a three time Belmont turf winner and seven of eight lifetime wins have comes at this trip.

Then there's Celtic Arch, a 3YO that looked good breaking maiden at Monmouth September 1--and not to forget that Christophe Clement is a profitable 27% when returning with last-out maiden winners.

But it's a combination of good energy distribution; a cozy mid-pack post draw; the services of Javier, the meet leader and turf ace; and two recent bullet works from Shug, presumably in blinkers, the headwear back on for today's race.

So we're going to take Divine Luck with no price restrictions, key boxing exactas with her rivals here and adding potential price shot My Marigold to the super-exotic mix.
