Sunday’s feature race, the Grade II Milady Handicap at Hollywood Park will provide little or no wagering value in and of itself. Hystericalady and Balance are both Grade I winners facing just four others. I like Hystericalady more than Balance, but the only way to make any real money off this race is to play the doubles and Pick-3 starting with these two standouts in the opening leg.

The fourth race is a $25,000 claiming affair for 3-year-old fillies. Marry Me Larry ran her best Equiform pace number in her last, indicating she may be ready to live up to the promise she showed in her debut at Santa Anita. I will also use Wicket Wager off her big number three back at Bay Meadows.

The fifth race is a mile-and-a-sixteenth Maiden Special on the weeds. Frank the Barber and More Shine are both on very nice Equiform patterns (Turf Decline Lines). I will also throw in World News with his Dynaformer breeding along with Vice Admiral, who has run some very strong dirt numbers.
