ESPN/ABC NETWORKS TO PRESENT 30 HOURS OF TRIPLE CROWN PROGRAMMING BEGINNING TOMORROW; ESPN RADIO TO AIR LIVE COVERAGE OF THE KENTUCKY DERBY

Highlights Include SportsCenter at the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes Post Position Draws, Live Coverage of the Kentucky Oaks and Other Races From Churchill Downs, Pimlico and Belmont Park, Live Coverage of the Belmont Stakes on ABC

The ESPN/ABC networks will present approximately 30 hours of Triple Crown coverage beginning tomorrow and concluding Saturday, June 9. Highlights include SportsCenter at the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes Post Position Draws, one-hour live presentations of the post position selection process for the first two jewels in the Triple Crown; live coverage on Friday of the Kentucky Oaks, which features the nation’s best three-year-old fillies; additional live race coverage from Churchill Downs, Pimlico and Belmont Park. Coverage concludes with ABC’s live presentation of the Belmont Stakes.

In addition, ESPN radio will air live coverage of the Kentucky Derby.
