The staff is as frustrated as you, the reader, are with constant tech issues. We are in the early stages of a completely new site rebuild, a bigger and better HRI 2.0 version. Please be patient. Peddling as fast as we can and promise you will like the new HRI, more features, more commentary and, it is fervently wished, more winners. Thank you so much for your loyal support and kind words, especially our loyal sponsors; Xpressbet, Gulfstream Park, Brisnet and Thoro-Graph, who help make all this possible.

Whenever service is interrupted, please consult HRI's Facebook page where we will effort to keep the commentary coming!

RACE 2: Chocolate Kisses made an excellent turf debut, breaking maiden after stalking stablemate throughout; very likely has a future… Strong worker Ghostly Beauty had tough debut trip, racing between horses 3-wide throughout two-turner and continued willingly; will benefit… Aunt Ashley moved wide into the lane and finished strongly too late; note.

RACE 3: Lady Jean had no choice but to force the pace throughout, moved to the lead after straightening away and tired very late in a good performance; excellent tightener… Winning favorite La Moneda clearly the best, recovering after getting pinched on fence, angled 4-wide into the lane and finished strongly with a good gallop-out.

RACE 5: Wooderson was very good breaking maiden off the tough last-out Monmouth run. Wise guys bet early and often on Point to Remember, who chased the pace 3-wde throughout in two-turn debut at nine furlongs and continued very well in deep stretch; next time the charm.
RACE 6: Win With Pride trailed throughout 5-1/2 turf sprint and finished willingly under intermittent pressure in deep stretch, finishing crisply late crossing the wire; interesting, follow.

RACE 7:
Golden Award was pushed over-aggressively to gain the lead, entered the stretch under confident handling but was unable to hold off what might be a promising, late developing Ascot Walk. Mott filly won’t be a maiden long.

Grade 1 COACHING CLUB AMERICAN OAKS: Monomoy Girl, wow1 Filly has an amazing constitution and appears to keep getting better and better. Midnight Bisou may have reacted to her giant Mother Goose score, might never be the equal of Monomoy Girl, or both.
