KILLER BEAR RALLIES FOR $32.20 SURPRISE IN ON TRUST

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (November 17, 2012)—A re-claim earlier this year by trainer Jeff Mullins, Killer Bear rallied from far off the pace to upset 7-5 favorite Macho Dorado and six other California breds in the $78,200 On Trust Handicap Saturday at Betfair Hollywood Park.

Dismissed as the second longest shot in the field at 15-1, Killer Bear gained the lead inside the final sixteenth of a mile to win by a half-length. The final time for the 7 ½ furlongs over Cushion Track was 1:29.94.
