Wolfson Entry, Capitalism At Risk in Paseana
Dennis Ward Wins Two, Gonzales Takes Four
The Paseana, for fillies and mares at six furlongs, drew a field of five. My Pal Chrisy followed up her third-place finish in the Princess Rooney with a second-place finish July 20 in the $75,000 Nancy's Glitter. The 5-year-old mare was one of two horses entered by trainer Marty Wolfson, who also
entered Bringingdown Babel.
Capitalism At Risk, trained by Herman Wilensky, won the U Can Do It at Calder June 8 before finishing 11th in the Princess Rooney. The 6-year-old mare returned Aug. 2 to win a starter optional claimer at Calder.
Latin Rocks and Isabelle's Thunder round out the field.

His winning mounts came in the second with Bold Distinction ($14.80), the sixth with Utootweet ($6.60), the seventh with Happy to Be Here ($12.60) and the 10th with Indy Breeze ($12.80). Trainer Dennis Ward was in the winner's circle twice Sunday with Monroe Court ($28.80) in the fifth and in the ninth with Blameshifter ($13.40), who was put up from second when unofficial winner Heiko was disqualified for jockey interference.
