ALBANY -- Bleach Blonde, racing six furlongs for the first time in more than three years, rallied from last to first to win the $40,992 sprint feature at Golden Gate Fields Saturday.
A 5-year-old mare trained by Lloyd Mason, Bleach Blonde blew by the leaders in the final furlong and scored by four lengths under jockey Alejandro Gomez. Special Holiday took second by half-length over Lady of Fifty.

English Royal, the 4-5 favorite, finished fourth after moving to the lead at the quarter pole and then failing to sustain her rally.
