HRTV’S SPECIAL “INSIDE INFORMATION: A TRIBUTE TO BOBBY”
Arcadia, CA, Nov. 19 -- HRTV (R) will present a special edition of its newsmagazine show, "Inside Information," which will offer a tribute and remembrances of Hall of Fame trainer Bobby Frankel, who died earlier this week at age 68 after battling lymphoma in recent months, on Sunday, November 22 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
The half-hour special, titled "Inside Information: A Tribute to Bobby," will be a retrospective on one of the sport's most accomplished conditioners. It will include tributes to Frankel's successes and impact on the sport from numerous members of the Thoroughbred racing community.

Additionally, the show will also replay a number of wins from some of Frankel's long list of equine stars.
Inducted into racing's Hall of Fame in 1995, he won five Eclipse Awards as racing's top trainer, and conditioned 10 champions during a 15-year span. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Frankel saddled six Breeders' Cup winners, won countless training titles, and is second, all-time, in career earnings. He won 3,645 races, good enough for 14th on the all-time list, and is the winningest trainer in Santa Anita history.
