Turfway cancels Sunday card

FLORENCE, KY . . . December 20, 2008 . . . With forecasters promising strong winds and single-digit windchill temperatures, Turfway Park has canceled live racing for Sunday, December 21. The track will remain open for simulcasting.


Racing will resume Friday, December 26, after the scheduled break Christmas break. As usual for the holiday week, live racing will run December 26 through December 31, including Monday and Tuesday, with first post at 1:10pm each day.
