Arlington’s Grade I Beverly D. Stakes, the Arlington Million’s sister race restricted to fillies and mares but also run along with the Grade I Secretariat Stakes on Arlington Million Day, had two late names added to its probable field size late Wednesday.

Irish-bred Rosinka, owned by The Lavington Stud and trained by Graham Motion, was third in Delaware Park’s Grade III Robert G. Dick Memorial Stakes July 12 after winning Delaware’s $75,000 John W. Rooney Memorial on June 7.

Runnymede Farm’s Meribel, trained by Helen Pitts, disappointed when eighth in Churchill’s Grade II Locust Grove Handicap at last asking July 6, but was third, beaten less than a length, by local Beverly D. favorite Dreaming of Anna in the Grade III Endeavour Stakes in Tampa last winter.
