Couton rides two horses favored on the morning line – 2-1 Go Papi Go in the first race and 5-2 A Pint For Mary in the sixth.
Baze has seven mounts on Sunday’s card and Couton has five. The morning-line odds for Sunday’s program will be released Friday morning.
Closing-day Sunday will feature $1 specials (general parking, general admission, hot dogs, beers, sodas and programs will cost just a buck apiece), live music by The Cheeseballs between races, and the Horses and Horsepower Car Show. More than 100 cars will be on display, including hot rods and classics.
