TORONTO, April 17 - Toronto Raptors’ all-star forward Chris Bosh has been announced as the drawmaster for the Woodbine Oaks, presented by Budweiser, which will be contested on Sunday, June 7, at Woodbine.

Bosh, one of the National Basketball Association's headliners, will take part in the post position draw ceremonies on June 4.

At Lincoln High School in his hometown of Dallas, Bosh was his varsity basketball team's captain in his junior and senior years, leading the team to a 40-0 record and a state championship during his senior season.

Only 19 as a rookie, Bosh immediately created renewed excitement among Raptors fans, exceeding expectations by averaging 11.5 points and 7.4 rebounds a game. He was also named to the 2004 NBA All-Rookie team at season's end.

A four-time All-Star, Bosh holds several Raptors’ team records and won a gold medal with the United States at the 2008 Olympic Games.
