NEW ORLEANS (Friday, November 13, 2009) –Good Tyme Racing and Richard Ringo’s Dancing Perfect took command shortly after the start and never relinquished that lead when capturing Friday’s $47,000 allowance feature at Fair Grounds by one length under a well-judged ride by jockey Shane Sellers.

As the choice of the fans, Dancing Perfect returned $5, $3 and $2.20 and toured the about 1 1/16-mile distance over the firm Stall-Wilson turf course in 1:49.01 after setting early fractions of 22.32 and 53.78. The Mike Burgess-trained daughter of Pleasantly Perfect increased her career earnings to $85,010 with her third victory in 10 lifetime starts.

Agave Racing Stable’s Going to the Sun continued willingly in the late stages to be easily second best, finishing 3 1/4-lengths to the good of Stanley Seelig’s Cat Hop. Going to the Sun paid $4 and $3 and Cat Hop returned $2.80 to show.

Racing resumes Saturday at Fair Grounds with a 10-race program beginning at 12:30 p.m.
