Wilmington, Del., January 6, 2009 — Delaware Park announced today it will offer 116 days of live thoroughbred racing at the Stanton oval in 2009 with the meet starting on April 25 and concluding November 7. The schedule for Delaware Park’s 72nd season of exciting live racing was recently approved by the Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission.

Live racing will be held on Saturdays and Mondays through Wednesdays. Sunday live racing will be added from June 7 through June 28.
