The four-year-old gelded son of Crown Attorney will be racing for a winner's share of $952,000 plus a $950,000 bonus awarded to the winner of both the Woodbine Mile and the Mile Championship.
This season, the Ontario-bred has two wins, one second and one third from seven starts. The bay's other 2008 score came in the Grade 3 Connaught Cup on May 25, a half-length score at 16-1.
Of the seven stakes events he has contested, Rahy's Attorney, the only foreign entry in the Mile Championship, has triumphed on four occasions.
He will break from post 10 in the 18-horse field and will be ridden by Woodbine-based jockey Slade Callaghan.
