Both features have attracted maximum fields of 16 on a six race card on which five of the six races will boast the maximum runners allowed.
Fresh from big race success at Nad Al Sheba on Friday, Simpson is hopeful of more of the same and said: “Both horses have done all I have asked of them and I have to be hopeful of a bold show. We will need luck in running though in such a big field.”
Simpson also saddles Kelmat Alser in the Abu Dhabi Colts’ Classic and he too looks one to keep a close eye on.
Both races are over a mile with the Colts’ Classic restricted to three-year-olds foaled in the UAE.
