According to Hollywood Park clocker and morning line maker Russ Hudak, Zenyatta was timed in 13 4/5 seconds for the first eighth of a mile, 25 4/5 for the half mile, 38 2/5 for three furlongs, meaning she completed the last quarter of a mile in 24 1/5 seconds.
