FROLIC’S REVENGE LOOKS FOR STAKES DOUBLE IN REGAL GAL

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (May 30, 2012) – Stride Rite Racing Stable, Inc.’s Frolic’s Revenge, winner of the $100,000 Calder Oaks at Calder Casino & Race Course in her last start, will look to secure her second straight stake on Saturday when sent forth as the likely favorite in the $55,000 Regal Gal, a one-mile contest that has drawn a field of eight sophomore fillies.

Trained by Milt Wolfson, Frolic’s Revenge switches surfaces for the Regal Gal, moving from the turf course to the main track. The filly boasts a record of two wins from five starts on the Calder dirt, including a victory in last year’s $63,000 Lindsay Frolic, which was run at the distance of one mile. The daughter of Vindication also broke her maiden over the local main track.
