Pletcher Stable Sweeps Forward Gal & Holy Bull

Trainer Todd Pletcher would have had plenty to look forward to Sunday at Gulfstream Park after sending out Let’s Go Stable’s 3-year-old colt El Padrino for a sharp victory in an ‘a other than’ allowance race at 1 1/16 miles in the seventh race, a performance that earned him a probable start next in the $400,000 Fountain of Youth Stakes (G2) over the track and distance on Feb. 26.
