Prospective victorious in Victoria Park

TORONTO, June 10 – Prospective, who clipped heels in a troubled trip in May's Kentucky Derby, overcame a stumbled start to capture Sunday’s $153,300 Victoria Park Stakes at Woodbine.

The John Oxley colt, trained by Mark Casse and ridden by Luis Contreras, faced three rivals in the mile and one-eighth event over the Polytrack, after the scratch of Malibu Moon.
