MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (August 12, 2012) – Currently in the midst of a remarkable run of success, even by his usual lofty Calder standards, leading local rider Luis Saez accomplished a feat shared by just eight other jockeys in the 41-year history of the track on Saturday when visiting the winner’s circle six times.

“It feels so good,” Saez said after tallying his sixth win of the day with Cash Rules in the $55,000 Band Is Passing Stakes. “Every day you ride, you expect to win, but there are days like this when you just know you’re going to win. Every time I went to the track, I had the feeling like I would win.”
