WILDCAT CREEK GAME WINNER OF THURSDAY FEATURE

Oceanport, N.J. – BNB Racing, Inc. and Rick Shanley’s Wildcat Creek made his turf debut a winning one, holding off all challengers to take the $44,000 allowance/optional claiming feature at Monmouth Park on Thursday afternoon.

Trained by Eddie Plesa Jr. and ridden by Paco Lopez, Wildcat Creek covered the five furlongs over firm turf in :56.02 and paid $9.40, $4.40 and $2.60. It was a half-length back to A P Elvis, who completed the $34 exacta and paid $4 and $3.40. It was another length back to Shmooz Talker, who paid $5 to show.
