By Gulfstream Press Staff –The 20-cent Rainbow 6 will offer a guaranteed jackpot pool of $1.5 million Thursday at Gulfstream Park.
The popular multi-race wager went unsolved for the 15th racing day in a row Wednesday since being hit for a jackpot of $468,945 Feb. 27.
Multiple tickets with all six winners Wednesday were each worth $1,145.74.
There will also be a Super Hi 5 carryover of $3,084.23.
The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
Who’s Hot: Luis Saez doubled aboard Donji ($10.20) in Race 3 and Donder ‘n Blitzen ($12.40) in Race 7. Tyler Gaffalione also visited the winner’s circle twice after scoring aboard Jesus’s Team ($4.80) in Race 2 and Jakarta ($6.80) in Race 9.
Trainer Elizabeth Dobles was represented by two winner’s on Wednesday’s program: Donji in Race 3 and Attheoearktgates ($11.20) in Race 6.
