WORST STINKIN’ BET — JAN 5

By Top Turf Teddy – The Prince of Pace

The “Worst Stinkin’ Bet of the Day” for Sunday, January 5, 2020, will be in the  10th Race at Gulfstream Park..

A Word From Teddy:       “Where’s Irad?”

Anybody else watch that 1st race yesterday at Gulfstream, where Irad once again gets away with murder?  No purse money today at Gulfstream; guess it is a good day for him to take a day off.  Mike Smith must be giving him lessons in that department, if only Mike would speak to him about riding like a gentleman; the stewards apparently don’t care.

The pick six is a pick five today, as Big Ted is giving you the last, 10-High Jingo.  If Irad was here today, he would be bobbing and weaving, slashing and crashing, veering his way to the finish line on her, taking no prisoners.

Paco Lopez gets the mount today, and although he is capable of getting the lead early, believe he will run just off the pace on the outside, and will have no need of devious tactics.  Worked steadily since last race and drops for the score.  No excuses today Paco; go get the money honey.
