By Marc Lawrence — The penultimate week of the NFL regular season sealed the fates – both good and bad – of several squads. But only three teams that are currently on the outside looking in — the Raiders, Steelers and Cowboys — are mathematically alive. As strange as it may seem, even though they lost by 10 points to the Saints, and even though they lost the previous week to let Houston take the AFC South, the Titans enter the final week with a win-and-in scenario.
