HOW ‘BOUT D’EM PACKERS?!

Dallas is Mr. Rodgers’ neighborhood. The Green Bay Packers mission season is off and running with yesterdays’ win at Dallas, improving their record to 4-1 this season. In the process Aaron Rodgers improved his career mark to 3-0 SUATS in games he’s started in the Big ‘D’ – winning every game as an underdog. File that and don’t forget it as these two teams might very possibly meet here again in the postseason.

Week 6 Observations

Our friend Dan Wolken from the USA TODAY notes that the PAC-12 averted disaster as they were looking at a worst-case scenario before Oregon rallied to defeat California. Had the Bears won it would have put the nail in the conference’s coffin for a chance of landing a playoff berth. While its still slim at best, the Ducks remain alive. Meanwhile, Ohio State handled their first real challenge, while Michigan-Iowa should never be spoken of again. For his complete overview of last week’s observations, click here.

On Today’s Scorecard

From this week’s Playbook Totals Tipsheet Newsletter: The Cleveland Browns are 1-9 UNDER in their last ten games against the NFC West.
