An extremely complex issue with our WordPress program, which allows access to the posting process, has finally been resolved and we have returned to normal at the beginning of Derby. Perhaps a good omen?
The first horse we ever posted on HRI was called Street Sense on May 5, 2007.
A loud shout-out to our IT company, OXSOME.COM, located in Minnesota, has kept us up and running since 2007; well-done, Jason and Monika). Thank you.
Back to work, much catching up to do.

Why are so many ” Xperts” already picking [ the obvious ] in their podcasts? Nothing else to do after reading their PP s ? Making a few bucks with whomever wants to advertise on them? ‘ Clockers’,Longshot Specialists,Trainer- Jock followers,and the usual consensus of picking the same top three-four ML fans. I rarely found it interesting since rarely does anyone mention a new ‘ angle’ if that ever exists with so much info available. Who s the speed and for how long? Will post position ruin some favorite chances? Do work outs change your deduction? Is there a ” Fresh horse” ,usually a closer? Will Any of this ” input” change the way a bettor chooses his picks? DOUBT IT .
Glad to everything is back and running. John just wanted to make a point and thank you for your straight out advice concerning a possible Sovereignty and Journalism round 4 race.
Your advice to avoid the potential value of a Journalism win wager was duly noted.
Nothing beats the figures and just plain proven experience.

BTW, how insanely good did White Abarrio look the other day? My god. I love seeing the connections of an older horse that’s being kept in training get rewarded.
And the Derby is annually my worst day at the windows, so might as well keep it going. I am super intrigued by the Cherie horse Golden Tempo. I thought being gunned from wide in the stretch to the inside had him give up a handful of lengths in the Louisiana Derby, and it’s got Curlin on top with that Phipps breeding that cries out for more and more distance. Like I said, you could build a house with my losing Derby tickets, but here is where I think I’m swinging.
