First Race Review-
1 AINTNOBETTOR A – That was a real tough trip in his North American debut a few weeks ago. Full credit for hanging in
there late. Gets major post relief tonight, but faces a field of class droppers, so this won’t be easy. Needs a little more.
2 HEAVENLY SOUND – Another that was completely victimized by post 10 in his comebacker. We all know he’s got
some back class and seems long overdue to get a win. I do wonder what the price will be from this starting slot.
3 DUCKIES DYNASTY – Duckie kind of just “went around there” in the qualifier, and that’s okay. He was getting good
when the shutdown came. I do think he might need one notch lower than this, though. I’m willing to wait.
4 SWEET ROCK – I thought he had a pretty good shot in that spot last week. Marcus put him in good position too! When
it came to crunch time, he just lacked that usual punch he has. A tad disappointing, but it’s yet another drop. Tough call
5 ODDS ON DELRAY – Let’s rate this guy the morning line favorite, based on that solid try behind a very impressive
winner. The post is perfect. A Mac sticks, opting over #6. Back class galore. This could easily be a drop and pop.
6 LUCAN HANOVER – He’s the only millionaire in the field, so we can’t knock that! Somehow he squeezes in for the
condition by a few bucks. Can’t remember if he’s ever been this low in class. Loses A Mac, but can still win. Must use.
7 WHITTAKER N – I don’t have a good history guessing on this guy, and I will probably be against tonight. Usually
needs a few things to go his way to have a chance. Drew outside the main foes here. It will not be easy, even for DD.
8 LETSCHASETHEDREAMN – Was bet like the “International Release” last week and make it pay off! I was impressed by
the effort. Takes the step UP, in a field of dropdowns, so that’s a problem. Might need even more speed to repeat.
9 BIG STRETCH MARK – I have guessed right on Stretch at times, but I don’t think this is the spot for him yet.
10 THREE WAYS N – Where’s he going from post 10 tonight? My feeling is not very far, but let’s remember he did win his
one and only start in this country. I will be watching very closely for future evaluation.

Race 2 Review
1 JUMPING JAKE – That looks like a “just fair” effort in the Pocono comebacker. He did pick up a check, though, so that
forces him up in class tonight. I don’t think that’s going to work. Might need to wait until Jake drops again.
2 SOHO CHELSEA A – Jeff D in both halves of the daily double. At least this one got a decent post. Earned that one win
earlier this year here, but at one level lower than this. I was not impressed with his qualifier. I will wait a week.
3 CAMPORA N – Does own a win here, so keep that in mind. Had a useful first start back and meets a very similar field,
from better post. I guess I could make a case that he wakes up a little more. It wouldn’t shock me. Demand value.
4 STATEMENT MADE A – Ended up chasing a very impressive winner in that start a few weeks ago. He did come up a
tad flat late, but that group was better than this overall. We’re probably going to see same speed. YG back on. Trainer:
Did well on his Corona hiatus and needed the run last start. Had a sharp qualifier on Monday, so I expect he’ll be
fighting out the finish.
5 LETS ROLL – Took ALL the money last week and almost made it pay off! Set a pretty strong clip on the lead, trying to
flaunt his back class. Just came up a tad shy. If anything, he will be tighter tonight. Clearly the one to beat here.
6 SANATTLE SLEW – Did not look overly ready for his comebacker, so longshot status still fits. I’ll pass again.
7 STENDAHL HANOVER – Gelding comes up with a big one every now and then. IF you tell me the pace will be hot and
heavy up front, then expect this fella to be motoring late. He is capable of winning a race like this. Needs the trip.
8 EGOMANIA – Yes, I can see the class drop here, but I can’t say that I was overly happy with his qualifiers. Pass now.
9 UNLOADED N – Another one of the Kelvin firsters here. Had a real good, sneaky kick in the qualifier, but I must say
this: A Mac qualified him and opted to drive #10 tonight. That’s being tough, but I just report the facts. Not ready?
10 LAREDO TORPEDO N – We saw this guy have several good-looking starts before the shutdown. But, I remember that
he did suddenly tail off. Not sure why. The qualifier at Magical was solid, but it is post 10. Very mixed feelings.
